Academic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree/ Higher National Diploma in Business Information Technology / Telecommunication and Information Technology / Electrical and Electronic Engineering with a Minimum of 5 years’ ICT solutions design, pre-sales, Installation, training and after sales support industry experience.
- Extensive certification in Professional ICT and UC Installation courses.
- CISCO-CCNP certificate or higher.
Knowledge Requirements
- Project Management and Audit Reviews
- UC Networking Systems Design
- UC Networking Systems Integration
- Products Knowledge
- Report writing
- Training of Trainers
- Proficient in sales & Marketing
- Structured cabling design and implementation
- AV, VC Switching & routing
- Virtualization, cloud computing etc.
- PABXs Installation & Configuration.
Skills Requirement
- Ability to develop product strategy plans consultatively with relevant stake holders.
- Ability to transfer these technical skills over to other staff.
- Having had experience in large integrated system technical sales, design, implementation and commissioning.
- Sales – Client convince ability through superior product knowledge and experience.
- Training – Ability to teach and impart technology to technical installers and customers.
- Team management skills.
