Nairobi City Water and Sewerage Company (NCWSC) was incorporated in December 2003 under the Companies Act cap 486. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Nairobi City County.

The mandate of the Company is to provide clean water and sewerage services to the residents of Nairobi County, in a financially sustainable manner and within the Government regulations. The City has an estimated population of 3.8million and projected to grow to 4.5 million by 2019.

The Client was undergoing a challenge in daily & manual collection of data for analysis from rivers that source Ndakaini Dam.
