Management Intern

Duration: 3 months (subject to review based on performance)

The Management Intern will be tasked with providing professional and administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer in the organization. 

Key Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Day to day involvement in the running of the tasks / projects from the COO’s office
  • Managing the COO’s meetings, schedule and calendar
  • Manage communication in and out of the COO’s & Directors’ offices
  • Weekly activity reporting
  • Key point of contact for the COO & Director’s office with internal & external stakeholders
  • Continuous Gap analysis and proactive solution implementation

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelors’ Degree in Business Administration (or similar) – (Second Upper Class Graduate)
  • Experience in working within a busy office set up
  • Excellent communication skills – written and spoken language, email & telephone correspondence
  • Good understanding and skill on MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Solution and service oriented
  • Creative thinker
