Sales Administration Executive

We are looking for a qualified Sales administrator to join our sales administration team so as to help us achieve our goals. You will serve as a point of contact for customers on sales related inquiries about products & solution proposals, product pricing, processing of purchase orders for deliveries and provide support to pre-sales and sales teams.

Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has a deep knowledge of sales administration best practices.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responding to customers ‘sales inquiries on email, telephone etc. in respect to their need for products and services and other general customer inquiries
  • Maintaining and updating opportunities and sales records and customer records.
  • Ensuring quotations and proposals are sent to customers within the specified timelines
  • Continuous sales follow-up on quotations done and submitted to customers so as to get awarded with purchase orders
  • Ensuring conversion of quotations to LPO’s as per the set conversion targets
  • Ensuring customers’ orders are processed within the expected timelines.
  • Participate on tender’s administration and bid-prequalification’s as per the set bidding requirement.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A bachelor’s degree in Administration
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the same role
  • Ability to prioritize own workload
  • Strong communication skills
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
  • Keen to detail
