We are looking for Direct Sales Representatives who will be responsible for selling company products and services in order to ensure sustainable business growth.


The key responsibilities will include:

  • Achieve the set sales target
  • Generate new business leads through new or existing networks in the market
  • Actively take part in sales activities organized by the Smoothtel in order to acquire business
  • Offer excellent customer experience while interacting with customers on different channels
  • Gather feedback from customers on products and services so as to inform improvement decisions
  • Daily reporting on business acquisition/sales activities
  • Continuously seek to deepen knowledge on the IT industry offering and the trends
  • Identifying business prospects through cold calling and pitching
  • Updating and expanding our sales pipeline
  • Any other responsibilities assigned     


  • Should have a Diploma/ Degree from a recognized University
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Should have excellent communication skills
  • Sales Experience is an added advantage
  • Have a positive attitude and good negotiation skills
  • Should be passionate about Sales
